5:00 alarm again and time for a quick shower before our tea arrives at 5:15. Final packing done and off we set again for our final game drive. This time the video camera was in the camera case! Once again we were first into the lounge, but last to leave at just after 6:30.
We were sharing our Jeep with four other people and when we arrived at the sector control point, Pete paid his video fee.

We entered zone 5 via zone 4. The vegetation was lush but there were very few animals to see and no tigers, so we had been very fortunate yesterday. We stopped for a break at a high point where the views were stunning.

Back at Khem Villas we were greeted again with refreshing towels before we had our rather late breakfast. Scrambled egg Indian style this time. Back to our room, which had already been serviced, to do our final packing, then off to the wifi lounge to send messages to the birthday girls and wait for our driver.
We left for Jaipur at about 11:00 and were phoned in the car by Akilles, who had hoped to bid us farewell at Khem Villas; we stopped about half way for a snack and shop at the Tiger Treat Resort, Billona Kaplan. Alison tried a mango lassi. As she went into the shop they noticed that she was wearing her Tiger tee shirt (from Edinburgh Woollen Mills, but made in India). After a bit of haggling she managed to get a wall plate of the Taj Mahal for a reasonable price.
We arrived at Jaipur city at 3:00 pm , but the traffic was typically Indian city, so we did not reach Dera Mandawa for another 45 minutes. We were welcomed with a drink and shown to our palatial room. Puppet show at 7:00 and then Indian vegetarian thali at 7:30.

The Audley representative met us an outlined our programme for the next two days. A sensible start of 9:30 tomorrow.
